All events guests must be at least 18 years old by the day of the event unless otherwise stated on the event page. Photo ID will be checked on the door so please ensure you bring this with you!
We do not offer refunds.
We do allow ticket resales for sold out events through Worlds Awakened Events.
We don't allow private ticket transfers.
Each of our events are different so be sure to go to the specific page to read about what tickets include for each individual event.
Some of our events may have a Cash bar other may not. This will be stated on the Events page. If we do not have a bar, you are welcome to bring your own.
We always encourage responsible and healthy drinking habits. Participation and enjoyment of our events should never rely on alcohol, and we want everyone to feel comfortable, safe, and in control throughout their experience.
We have a team of professional and very talented photographers at each event. The team takes candid photos throughout the event to capture all your favourite moments. You will have free access to all photos taken.
You are welcome to approach our photographers before or quietly during the event if you wish to not have your photo taken.
Any photography used on the website and in our publications remains the property of the artists.
Yes! We are honoured to have so many people fly in for our events from overseas.

We have a group chat you can join on Discord where you can meet other people coming to our events and get to know each other.
People even lift share, travel together and share Airbnbs to bring the cost down.
We understand that attending a new event can feel daunting, especially if you experience social anxiety. You're not alone - many people feel this way before their first Worlds Awakened event.
